New Podcast Guest Appearances

I've been busy the past few weeks being interviewed about my work with the endocannabinoid system and nutrigenomics.

Embody Radio: More health and fitness focused than the other interviews... I talked about some pretty personal health stuff I've never talked about publicly relating to how I got into health and nutrition... actually a little bit nervous to start telling that story, but its recorded and on the internet now! We talk about MTHFR myths and truths, the endocannabinoid system, overtraining and inflammation, and reasons why certain people do better on some diets than others.
